Men's and Women's Open
Prizes for Men's and Women's Open (sand) Divisions include Cash, In-Kind, or Both. Distributions for the Open Division are determined by the number of participants. The 2009 Prize grid will be updated and available at the tournament. With the addition of the 4 Silverthorne Courts, we hope to accommodate additional teams (up to 56 total teams) and increase pay outs. We are currently working towards $1,000+ for first place and paying through 9th, depending on # of entries.
Corona Light Wide Open Additional Prizes
Open Divisions:
Over $5k in prize money for the Open Divisions. Winner's will receive at least (depending on entrants) $1,000 plus the all expense paid trip*** to Manhattan Beach CA Sept 24-26th to compete in the US Open.
Men's/Women's Dino 80 & Grass Divisions:
Winner's in each division will also receive an all expense paid trip*** to Manhattan Beach CA to compete in the US Open.
***The All Expense paid trip includes flight, lodging for two nights, and tournament entry fee into the US Open of Beach Volleyball September 24-26th.
All Other Divisions
Putterhead Doubles Volleyball provides prizes for all divisions, based on the 3:2:1 prize standard and a 12 team minimum. (3 times value of entry fee for 1st, two times for second, and even money for third). Adjustments are sometimes made for unusually large divisions. Prizes typically distributed to winners include:

$60 Scott Hawaiin Sandals
$50 Spalding King of the Beach Game Balls
$50 Hoodie Sweatshirts
$45 Long Sleeve Dry Fits
$35 Short Sleeve Dry Fits
$20 T-Shirts

??? Misc Gift Certificates* for Local Venders
* Note: Gift Certificates at local Breckenridge businesses are sometimes used for prizes since most of the players frequent the town year round.
